   Offer installation of virus and security software on each of client's computers to enhance cybersecurity and protect against malware threats.

   • Install licensed antivirus and security software on each computer as per TechSolutions Inc.'s requirements.
   • Ensure proper configuration and setup of the software to provide real-time protection against viruses, malware, and other cyber threats.
   • Perform initial scans and updates to ensure the software is up to date with the latest threat definitions.
   • Provide basic user training on how to use the security software effectively and recognize potential security threats.
   • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues related to the installed security software.

   Our cybersecurity audit service provides a comprehensive assessment of your organization's security posture, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending measures to enhance your cybersecurity defenses.

    Our Managed IT Services offer comprehensive support and maintenance for your organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.

    • 24/7 Monitoring and Alerting: Continuous monitoring of network devices, servers, and critical systems.

    • Remote Technical Support: Remote assistance for end-users (up to 10 hours per month)

    • Backup and Disaster Recovery

    • Endpoint Security Management: Configuration and maintenance of antivirus, antimalware, and endpoint protection solutions to defend against cyber threats and malware attacks.

    • User Account Management: Administration of user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain security and compliance with organizational policies.

    Offer commercial internet services to ensure reliable and high-speed connectivity for TechSolutions Inc.'s operations.

    • Provide dedicated business-grade internet connection with guaranteed bandwidth.
    • Offer options for fiber-optic, cable, or DSL internet depending on availability and budget.
    • Include installation of necessary networking equipment such as modems, routers, and switches.
    • Configure and optimize internet connection for maximum speed and reliability.
    • Implement security measures such as firewalls and encryption to protect against cyber threats.
    • Provide ongoing monitoring and support to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity.
