    Included

    Evaluate and document the client's existing processes to identify:

    • Areas for improvement
    • Potential bottlenecks
    • Inefficiencies

    Note: The assessment will be limited to the client's top three core business processes or a maximum of 20 hours of consultant time, whichever comes first.

    Modifications
    1. Stakeholder Interviews and Surveys
      $750

      Conduct interviews and surveys with key stakeholders, including management, employees, and customers, to gain further insights into the strengths and weaknesses of the client's current processes, and to better tailor improvement recommendations.

    2. Benchmarking Analysis
      Cost TBD

      Compare the client's processes with industry standards and top-performing competitors, providing actionable insights for improvement and a competitive edge.

  4. Improvement Recommendations

    Included

    Develop a comprehensive report outlining recommended process improvements, supported by data-driven insights and best practices.

    Work Included:

    • Analysis of assessment findings to identify key areas for improvement
    • Research on industry best practices and relevant case studies
    • Customized process improvement recommendations based on the client's unique needs and goals
    • Prioritization of recommendations based on potential impact and ease of implementation
    • Detailed explanations of suggested improvements, with clear steps for execution

    1. Priority Support Access
      $750

      Get prioritized access to our consulting team for ongoing guidance and faster response times during the project.

  5. Implementation Roadmap

    Included

    Create a detailed roadmap and timeline for the execution of proposed process improvements, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to the client's operations.

  6. Change Management Support

    $15,000

    Provide guidance and resources to help the client navigate the organizational changes that come with process improvements, including communication strategies, stakeholder management, and employee training.

    Max of 80 hours total.

  8. Performance Metrics & Monitoring

    $500/Month

    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring systems to track the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and ensure continuous optimization.

    Parameters:

    • Initial work not to exceed 30 hours
    • Generally, we create about 3-5 dashboards on the initial setup
    • 4 hours/month included for continuous KPI discovery and creating additional dashboards
    • Access is user-based - the base setup comes with 5 seats

      $200/Month
  9. Pre-Purchased Hours

    $1,500

    Pre-purchased hours can be used for any task on your project. Minimum of 10 hours.

  10. Pre-Purchased Monthly Hours ($120/hour)

    $2,400/Month

    Pre-purchased hours can be used for any task on your project.

    Monthly retainer discount of 20%. Minimum of 5 hours per month with a 6-month commitment.

5. Dispute Resolution

If either party accuses the other of being in breach of contract, the accused party will have 30 days to address the breach.

6. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
