Terms

1. Scope of Work

Titan Precision Manufacturing (hereafter “Manufacturer”) agrees to provide custom component production services to Vector Industrial Solutions (hereafter “Client”) as outlined in the accompanying proposal.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are due according to the schedule outlined in the proposal. Late payments may incur interest and delay production.

3. Change Orders

4. Tooling Ownership & Storage

Upon final payment, Client owns all custom tooling. Manufacturer offers optional long-term tooling storage for an annual fee.

5. Quality Assurance

Manufacturer will follow the inspection standards outlined in the proposal. Additional inspections or certifications beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.

6. Force Majeure

Manufacturer is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor strikes, or government action.

7. Warranty & Liability

Manufacturer warrants that all components will conform to the approved specifications at the time of delivery. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.

8. Confidentiality
